1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ph4444 website at ph4444.vip, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ph4444 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on ph4444, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms are supplemented by the ph4444 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific terms expressly state otherwise.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ph4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced by ph4444.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph4444, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ph4444 or had an Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

ph4444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one Account on ph4444. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph4444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph4444 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph4444 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph4444 immediately via live chat support. ph4444 will investigate and take appropriate action, but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ph4444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's banking page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ph4444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request may result in Account suspension.

ph4444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. ph4444 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

ph4444 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected. In such cases, ph4444 will notify the Player and may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ph4444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance.
• The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus Balance must be wagered within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Balance will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• ph4444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• ph4444 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on ph4444 are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the game interface and any other description of the game on the Platform, the rules displayed within the game interface shall prevail.

Non-live games on ph4444 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph4444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. If restoration is not possible, ph4444 may void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. ph4444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph4444 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Section 6.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph4444 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.

ph4444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all wagers placed in connection with such conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balances pending investigation. ph4444 may also report such conduct to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph4444 Platform — including but not limited to the ph4444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of ph4444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph4444.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

ph4444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph4444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph4444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Responsible Gaming

ph4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and ph4444 actively encourages Players to maintain control over their gaming activity.

ph4444 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from ph4444. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

ph4444 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where indicators of problem gambling are identified, including but not limited to: unusually high deposit frequency, extended uninterrupted gaming sessions, or requests to reverse self-exclusion within the minimum exclusion period.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

ph4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or Account closure.
• A regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring Account suspension or closure.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated closure or self-exclusion, ph4444 will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to ph4444. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph4444 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

ph4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ph4444 Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your personal data is handled.

ph4444 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by ph4444 to operate the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable Philippine law.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph4444 customer support. ph4444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 15 business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ph4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph4444 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
